CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for selected areas in the Philippines.


COD Availability

  • COD is available for eligible locations only, depending on courier coverage.

  • If COD is not available in your area, other payment options will be shown at checkout.

Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders may require order confirmation via SMS, email, or social media message.

  • Orders that cannot be confirmed may be automatically cancelled.

Failed COD Deliveries

If a COD order is refused, cancelled upon delivery, or not received by the customer, the following may apply:

  • The customer may be restricted from using COD for future orders.

  • Repeated failed COD attempts may result in order blocking.


Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address and contact number are correct

  • Someone is available to receive and pay for the order

  • Full payment is ready upon delivery

 

Failure to do so may cause delivery delays or cancellation.
